Instructions

  1. Prepare the Beef:

    • In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch to create a marinade.
    • Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade, ensuring it is well coated. Let it sit for 15-20 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  2. Cook the Vegetables:

    • Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
    • Add the minced garlic and sliced onions, sautu00e9ing until they become fragrant and slightly softened.
    • Add the sliced bell peppers and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
    • Remove the vegetables from the skillet and set them aside.
