Instructions
- Boil Water: In a small saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.

- Optional Ingredients: Add the ginger slice and clove for additional soothing and flavor-enhancing benefits.
- Simmer: Reduce the heat and let the mixture simmer for 5-7 minutes to fully extract the flavors.
- Strain and Sweeten: Remove the cinnamon stick and optional ingredients, then pour the tea into a mug. Stir in honey and lemon juice.
