  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (for coating)

  • 2 cups macaroni pasta
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk (whole milk recommended for creaminess)
  • 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated)
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (freshly grated)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

 

  1. Marinate Chicken: Rub chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, and salt. Let sit for 30 minutes.
  2. Fry Chicken: Coat in flour and fry in oil until golden brown. Set aside.
  3. Make Glaze: Simmer honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and pepper until thick. Toss chicken in the glaze.

Creamy Macaroni Cheese:

  1. Cook Pasta: Boil macaroni, drain, and set aside.
  2. Make Sauce: Melt butter, whisk in flour, then slowly add milk. Stir until thickened. Add cheddar and mozzarella, stirring until smooth.
  3. Combine: Mix macaroni with the cheese sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
